Periklis is an Associate of the Firm, admitted in the Athens Bar Association in 2022 and joined our Firm in 2022.
He is heavily involved in the areas of commercial and corporate law including handling multiple projects in the area of companies establishment and registration , M&A and Capital Markets legislation. He is highly skilled in matters related to the regulatory framework governing the whole spectrum of enterprises.
